Good seller, could improve. Phone arrived as represented, though not "mint" (the details of the listing already indicated as much, so no biggie). Shipping was okay: day after payment, no effort at padding other than the case and cable wedging the phone in there, and the phone was shipped turned on so that it arrived nearly dead. Still, it got here in a reasonable amount of time, intact, in the expected condition.
