The seller listed the item as new, but it was refurbished. Per Swappa's policy, this was in violation: https://swappa.com/faq/answer/replaced-devices. I recommend buyers check the specs of the products to see if the product you are buying is new or refurbished. The seller uses the word "renewed" instead of refurbished in the product description. The level of professionalism is subpar when things don't go in the seller's way. The seller immediately said I was trying to pull a "fast one" on him.
