The device arrived as advertised. There was an apple account issue that we worked through on the back end so everything works great now.

Phone was exactly as described! It looks brand new! Everything functions properly & they were very quick with replies to questions I had. UPDATE: Removed one star because this morning the battery stopped working. It died out at 35% after draining quickly. Not sure if they knew this or not or if maybe it's a fluke. But, if the battery is done it's going to cost me another $25 to fix. I wouldn't have bought this had I known about the battery.

The only problem I had which was 100% NOT their fault is the post office marking the package as delivered instead of received when they dropped it off. So instead of getting updates of where & when the package was. I kept getting e mails telling me it had been delivered when it should have been giving me updates along the way.
