The seller was fairly prompt in mailing the package out and everything was protected, the phone wrapped in bubble wrap. This would have been five stars but the protective screen had a couple small chips that weren't mentioned. It wasn't a huge crack or anything but I would have liked to have known about them. A few days after I got the phone one of the chips turned into a crack.
