Seller did not explicitly stipulate that item did not include earpods or the original box, despite being sold as New. Item was also covered in fingerprints. When confronted with the discrepancies, seller was very defensive and accused me of being lazy, a gold digger, and trying to take advantage of him.

However, the item shipped quickly and he refunded me $20 for the trouble, albeit with staff intervention.
