The phone stopped functioning after a software update, which was unfortunate but I don't blame the seller. I returned it to the seller, and the tracking info indicates he received the item on March 14th. It is now March 30th and I have not received a refund.

Updated feedback on 10/9/2018: I bought a laptop from this user last year and never checked the box carefully until now. He listed the laptop as Mint condition and never mentioned it was a refurbished product. When I happen to check the label on the outside of the box today, I find this was a refurbished product. To sell a refurbished product is not a problem, but you need to tell buyers clearly about this fact. Obviously, this is a dishonest seller.
