I have never bought a used phone before. I'm upgrading from an ancient flip phone that does almost nothing. I was hesitant to buy used because we know a young couple that just bought a used phone that was locked for nonpayment. My nephew recommended Swappa. My phone came quickly, in the condition described, and everything works well, although I had to have my daughter show me everything, including how to turn it on.
