Amazingly fast--shipped and picked up on Sunday, the day after ordering! Advertised as mint and it was. "Power cord/charger not required" but they were provided. All items from the photos on the listing page were there. The items were packed well (lots of bubble-type wrap around the phone proper). The phone was in factory reset state. The seller included protective cases and screen protectors (multiple!), which saved me effort. I had a couple of comments while waiting, and Josh answered promptly. I was nervous about using Swappa for the first time, but this experience really satisfied me.
