Phone is in excellent shape and works great! It needed a software update to get mobile data working, but that was easy to take care of and was an Apple issue that had nothing to do with the seller or the quality of the hardware. I also needed to call Sprint to get a free SIM card, because the phone did not ship with a SIM. It appears to be common practice to remove the SIM before selling a used phone.
