This seller has been my worst nightmare. He had sent me a damaged phone when it was described to have no scratches at all. Then he claimed that I tried to return a different phone (thanks to Swappa staff to clear that up), then after he got the phone back he wouldn't refund the money until I threatened to get Paypal involved. Every step of the way this seller was absolutely terrible to deal with. Please, for your sanity, stay away from this seller.

There is no sticker under the battery with the MED number. I cannot activate my phone without it. Please advise.
