The sale was canceled and I had to start a dispute with Paypal. Seller listed item as in Good condition but in his description, he said that the phone was in near mint condition with NO scratches on the screen. His description misleads me to believe the phone was in better shape than it really was. I provided pictures showing a scratch on the screen and the camera glass was very scratched. There was also a long scratch on the back and the display had warmer whites at the bottom of the screen and a cooler white balance in the middle and top of the screen. I returned the item and the seller wouldn't refund me at first. I disputed the transaction with Paypal and the seller finally did issue me a refund. I have a hard time believing he didn't see the scratches on the camera glass because it was easily visible. At first, I rated this transaction with 1 star but I have updated it to 2 stars now because he did finally issue my refund.

Phone was ATT-locked initially. Not sure if that was because it was purchased as an ATT phone or if it became locked because it was initially used with AT&T, but an unlock request submitted to AT&T was taken care of quickly and I'm able to use the phone with a MetroPCS SIM inserted now.

Other than that, shipping was fast, inquiries were responded to very quickly, and I'm satisfied.
