Communication was good, shipping was great.

The device felt more like a demo than a "new (resale)" though.
It was not in a factory-reset fresh state when it arrived; the phone was in "Easy Mode." All protective stickers were attached but judging from all the air bubbles, it seemed like the front protective film had been removed and re-applied.

I'm not unhappy. I would have much preferred to present my daughter with a "new" phone that looked a bit more factory-fresh.

Device was as advertised, shipped very quickly, and was packaged to prevent damage during transit. Small issue when the incorrect usps tracking information was initially posted, but I called the number provided on their website and it was corrected in minutes.

Buyer beware. Customer service is very poor! Seller refused to help because of time elapsed. The iPhone sold to me had major problems (blue screen of death). Apple diagnosed it as defective and replaced the phone. I have case number and new phone to prove it.

Take clearer, and a few more detailed pictures of the phones you sell. Phone works fine, there's just more cosmetic defects than I'm used to with my phones. (you can clearly see the phone was never in a protective case). Came with a .15A Samsung charger that is incredibly under powered for this phone (3 hours yielded 20% and wire was hot to the touch) Using my old .35A charger now that zipped it up full in less than an hour. As a seller, just give much more details in your descriptions.
My opinion of this seller: Satisfied, not thrilled

Cellular Freedom did not give me all of the items listed in sales agreement. When I inquired about the missing item they pretty much told me to go fly a kite. I had hoped Swappa would get involved but that is not the case.

Phone was shipped promptly, roughly 24 hours after payment. After three days with the phone, my impression is that the phone really does seem to be in mint condition. The accessories listed were also shipped with the phone. Packaging was a small box with packing peanuts with the phone inside its original box.

Device shipped promptly and was received as described. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

One minor issue was that the phone was received with 0% battery. It's not healthy for the battery to be stored at 0%, so I had some concerns, but once charged up the phone seemed to work properly with no immediately evident battery issues.
