Frustrating experience. Phone was billed as being in perfect working order but within the first day it started shutting down randomly and required being plugged in to restart. Seller paid for return shipping and offered to fix the phone. It took them close to a week to diagnose the problem which could not be remedied. They issued me a refund but they experienced an issue with their PayPal account which held that process up several more days. They were cooperative and helpful but perhaps going forward, their pre-sale inspections could be more thorough to prevent similar situations.

Got it and it was exactly as described - even the power brick was unopened! Must've been an original purchase from someone who decided that they wanted some other product after all. Nice touch with the screen protector!

Phone was as advertised and is working fine (despite failing the carrier's online check tool).

Everything is functioning just fine - the camera, the screen responsiveness, phone calls, and audio.

Shipping was fast and prompt and has all the things necessary in the original box.

However, there's a VERY tiny scratch on the screen and the SIM card slot looks worn down by something larger than a SIM tool so this phone is not brand new.
