Justin was prompt and helpful, and the phone was in mint condition as advertised ... except that the charging cable and AC adapter were missing. When I brought this up, he said that the original listing clearly stated that. I went back to review the original listing and could not find any mention of it, one way or the other. So maybe I just made a newbie assumption of what would be in the package. Justin did provide a link to a similar item on Amazon.com which I purchased it for $4.30.

All in all, I am happy with the purchase which will be an Xmas present for my daughter-in-law.
