Prompt shipping, excellent after sales cooperation to disable factory reset protection, which was accidentally left enabled. Forgetting about FRP can happen to anyone. It's the cooperation to disable it without shipping the device back that counts the most for me.

Excellent seller! It was his first swappa sale, and there were a few small hiccups in the process (phone shipped ground instead of overnight, and phone condition was "very good" instead of mint), but he was extremely cooperative in working out a resolution for these minor errors.
