Great seller, fast shipping!

Purchased item on December 4th and got phone on December 7th. Item was shipped quickly and condition of phone and accessories were as described. As part of the sale, a warranty receipt was to be provided but was not included when I got the package.

Seller responded to my e-mail on Dec 8th promising to send me copy of receipt for warranty purpose. After waiting for a couple of days, no receipt so I requested assistance from Swappa to step in to handle the case.

Swappa coldn't reach seller and suggested I file a dispute with Paypal. Only then did seller restart communication. Issue finally resolved but this took way longer than any transaction should to get resolution.

Greatly satisfied with the communication with the seller. He shipped the device in a quickly manner and the phone was packaged with lots of bubble wrap to insure safety on the device. Everything in this listing went quickly and smoothly like how it should be.

Was not the most seamless transaction. Phone is great, and delivery was fast as well. But did not receive all of the things that were were promised in the post. He said he would be sending a mophie case with the IPhone, which was was one of the big selling points for me. I never received it, even after sending a couple messages his way. The phone was in great condition.
