The packaging of the item was superb and I was impressed that the seller took the time to re-wrap the product in its original cellophane and pack it nicely back into the box (just like when you receive it brand new from the manufacturer!). It is in excellent condition.

Unfortunatey we did have a mix up with shipping and it was sent via Media mail (which is only for documents and books) but the seller was VERY prompt in reimbursing the additional cost that we paid to receive the item from the post office (otherwise they would have sent it back to the seller if we rejected it).
