I got the device pretty much as described. Only there’s an error in the setting’s personal hotspot (cannot be off and needs restart every time)uug but that’s a 2nd hand so I cant complain. I would recommend the seller for future sales that the item be in box package, not envelop to reduce risk of damaging the phone.

Justin and I lived close enough to one another that he was able to meet me and hand deliver the item. He went above and beyond. The phone was in mint condition as described. He is a very reliable seller and highly recommended.

Had some hiccups is completing the sale as the phone had some dents. Hope swappa put down some procedures to make sure the phone is in Mint condition when a seller states it, this will help avoid lot os confusion in the sale when the product does not meets the stated condition
