I had a very good experience purchasing my Galaxy S8 from David. It was my first transaction on swappa ever - so I was very wary/scared of a bad outcome - but all in all it was very quick and easy. David was very response to my comments/requests and shipped the phone out very soon after the transaction was completed, even though it was holiday time. He even threw in two phone cases and a screen protector. Would recommend David going forward.

The original battery went bad, it wouldn't hold a charge and set the phone into a reset loop when we tried to reset it and turn it back on. The extra batteries provided with the sale work great, and no other problems have been experienced. Thank you for the prompt shipping.
