Phone was as described

I am not 100% happy with the item I received. It arrived in time which was nice but the phone was literally wrapped in a McDonalds napkin with no other protection in box along with charger and cases. The phone was listed as being in "mint condition". This was not true. The phone wasn't even cleaned before being sent, there are scratches on the screen and signs of wear around charger plug area and top of phone when it was listed as having no signs of wear. The phone cases included were banged up and covered in grime. Not to mention the phone itself has a pink tint on the screen that doesn't go away regardless of changing the contrast settings which means this galaxy is one of the Samsung galaxy s8's with a "red screen" issue that hasn't been fixed and unable to be fixed especially being purchased used. It came with a low percentage of battery life and upon charging I noticed it takes way longer than normal to charge. I have already inserted my sim card and tested all other features.

Great transaction. Phone was in better shape than said in the ad and came with factory charger and screen protector. Shopping was very prompt as well.
