Sold a carrier blacklisted phone, but was 100% PERFECT with the refund and made everything pretty clear. Just hope that they learned to check if phones are carrier blacklisted because it took 14 days from when I ordered the phone to when I received the refund.

I wasn't totally happy, but the seller was easy to work with to get it resolved.
