Very fast shipping. Seller was always on top of the sale even though I didn't realize there was a problem. Thank you so much!

Seller didn't show several scratches on the Screen and didn't give an accurate description on the product page , kept nagging about marking the sale as complete even though I was out of town for a week and I let him know that and after the intervention of the swappa team still kept nagging and ignored paypal seller rules. Future advice with this seller ask him to show the phone from different angles and tell you the device history.
Edit:As this seller waited for a full 6 months to dispute my claims I have to edit this review to meet the guidelines. There was a scratch on the upper side of the screen not just the lower side that's not shown, seller kept nagging for me to end the sale although I haven't recieved it to me being out of town. Seller ignored PayPal selling rules which state I have up to 180 days to return the device if there any issues and blamed me for not completeing the sale. I still think this is my worse transaction on swappa and removing my review is unfair

We had an issue with the item not as described and Nicolas agreed to provide a partial refund which he followed through with when he had time to do so. The whole process ended up taking much more of my time than I had ever anticipated and in the end I ended up reselling the tablet for a loss back here on Swappa but that's the way it goes sometimes. I'm satisfied enough with the outcome. I'd recommend Nicolas not use his local UPS office for any future shipping needs as he feels that was the culprit behind the delayed shipment and damaged upon arrival to my address.
