The device was wrapped in some kind of hair when I recieved it (it was extremely gross). On top of this, the seller flat out lied about the condition. They stated stated directly on their sale page "Not a mark anywhere on this beautiful phone" and this is not true. There are multiple scratches to the screen and the metal body of the device. I am quite dissatisfied with this seller overall. I wouldn't recommend a sale from them.

The OnePlus 3 I purchased from him was not necessarily in "MINT" condition, as there was small hairline scratches on the face (very very top) of the phone. The entire scratch area was less than 2mm in total length.

I didn't remove a star for this because the scratches are so finite and so small, that I assume they could have been a factory defect, and not caused by the previous owner. Giving the benefit of the doubt. Overall I'm very satisfied with the salesperson. Fast sending, and was received in ONE business day.
