Michael sent the phone right away, in the mail the next morning after a 9pm sale. All accessories included, very well packed, everything carefully repackaged so I felt like I was opening a new box. The phone is in great shape - if anything he was very conservative in his disclosure of one tiny little scratch. I wouldn't have seen it without knowing. He's a pro!
