I was not left a working tracking number and unable to track the delivery. The iPad arrived not working. It was unable to connect to Wi-Fi, I called Apple and they checked multiple settings and tried a complete reinstall, nothing worked. I was told to take the iPad to the closest apple store the following day. They said that this iPad was replaced on two other occasions for the same Wi-Fi problem. There was a hardware issue with the iPad that could not be corrected, rendering it useless. Luckily they replaced it with a new one. This was a very frustrating and time consuming transaction.
