Seller did a good job, however, the device listed was gold and the received device was silver. It doesn't bother me enough to return the device, however definitely misleading.

I received this phone in what seems to be "never used" condition but I am not comfortable saying it was a sealed new phone because the screen plastic protector that normally accompanies a brand new phone was not on it. I was told the phone was sealed while it seems to be REsealed. Very quick shipping.
