Seller sold me a phone under a false description though he wasn't aware of it. I tried to get a refund, instead he tells me no. So I escalate to PayPal, and this guy starts texting my personal number cussing me out. Swappa staff had to explain multiple times to him this was the normal procedure for getting a refund. I sent the phone back immediately, he still took his time and gave me attitude about asking for a prompt refund. Would never recommend dealing with this guy.
