The seller's phone was damaged en route, but he offered a near-instant refund plus return shipping without any recriminations. How a seller handles a sale that falls through is a better indication of the seller's character than a one where everything goes according to plan, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this seller based on my experience. Communication was constant, and shipping was prompt. I would suggest more packing materials, however.
