May payment but phone never shipped. After multiple messages from myself and Swappa, was unable to reach seller until I opened a paypal case then was immediately refunded. Sketchy at best.

Phone was in very good condition but not mint. Was a little unkind when I reported it to him He finally realized that he was wrong and was more resonable.

Helped with shipping issues and promptly delivered after purchase.

EDIT: After using the device more actively, I noticed a burn in on the screen. Juan wasn't exactly the most responsive in helping resolve the issue, and in fact, I didn't even hear a response from him and had to work through Swappa and PayPal to facilitate a refund / return.
