Seller sold a financed phone as new in box, violated several Swappa platform terms of sale. Seller sold me a BLOCKED BLACKLISTED tmobile loaned phone. Seller was unresponsive after I shipped his fkd phone back to him, zero communication. The seller USPS signature delivery signed for his phone and boxed contents I returned to him then completely ghosted the entire refund process - Me, Swappa, Staff, and even PayPal staff. Disgusting behavior from him, I spent HOURS trying to resolve this refund. My last resort was a PayPal Buyers Protection claim to FORCE a refund back to me. This has been the WORST customer experience in any context I have had in MANY YEARS. This seller should be BANNED for LIFE from the platform. Also, Swappa staff is slow to intervene. Had PayPal not stepped up, I would have pursued legal action and referred this case to authorities for theft! What a broken platform, any goodwill or trust gained on prior transactions o has been evicerated. What a DISASTER!!!

Just as described

The phone came as described, except the front camera did not work. I was able to get it repaired for free from Samsung as it was still within the initial year warranty. Also, the box the the phone came with matched the box in the listing's photos, but the box was for a different device- the IMEI numbers didn't match. This wasn't a huge deal as the actual device was as described, but I had looked up the IMEI shown in the photos first!

Received the product and described as it. New and unused. However communication can be better. Delays in response can give buyers or seller a negative impression. Quick response can go a long way for better buying and selling experiences. But received my phone as expected.
