Item was described as “mint” and it was for the most part minus light scratches on the screen visible at an angle under light. It was also sent GROUND shipping via FedEx so if you need a phone right away look elsewhere. Seller also was overly defensive when I inquired about the light scratches. I think it was probably an honest mistake, but a mistake nonetheless, I would have rated the item as Near Mint vs. Mint or even conservatively as good.
