Product was listed as "Mint" which means no signs of use and it has signs of use. There were about two small marks on the frame, the keyboard had smears and mild signs of wear and tear and the back aluminum frame of the device had a few light scratches. It's nothing terrible but mint means mint and I really feel like so many sellers just list something as mint when it very clearly isn't and it's ruining my perception of what "Mint" is supposed to mean on Swappa.

The phone was advertised as mint condition but there is a 2cm long scratch on the screen. Also the phone was formatted with a beta version of iOS which I had to figure out how to uninstall and reinstall the current, stable version of iOS. This was not advertised either. Shipping was quick but the shipping box was not padded with anything so the phone box was flopping around inside.
