ipad mini 2 ordered on 12/1. Delivered by UPS on 12/6. Item arrived in original Apple box (complete with all original accessories) wrapped in bubble wrap placed inside a shipping box. The ipad itself was even enclosed in the original Apple cellophane wrapper! Everything appeared brand new. ipad was described to be in "good" condition but to me it appeared flawless. Item arrived with 79% charge and charged to full in about 30 minutes. All apps and data were reset to factory original settings.
Setup was done using an old iphone 5s running on ios 12 since Apple would not allow my "newer" iphone 7 ( also a Swappa purchase) running ios 14 to be used to transfer data to an older ios (which cannot be updated past ios 12 on the ipad mini 2). The setup went smoothly and quickly.
All systems (wi-fi, bluetooth, display, camera, speakers, etc.) are working perfectly.
This is my second purchase from Swappa and I am thoroughly pleased with both.
