Seller shipped very fast and responded quickly. One problem I had was when i opened the delivery box the phones box was open with the phone outside of it. I was worried because it could have broken. But everything worked properly at the end so I’m happy.

We were notified by the seller that, to avoid fraud, we would be given an unlock code once we received the phone (which we later learned was against Swappa policy). We received the phone and the unlock code, and everything worked as it was supposed to. All is well.
