I asked the seller if the phone would work with T-Mobile, before I agreed to purchase it. He responded "Yes" within an hour. (But he was wrong - it did not.) When I wanted to return the phone, he told Swappa that he hadn't responded "Yes" to me, but to someone who had teased him in his sale listing 5 days earlier! I got most of my money back after returning the phone. But I'm still out $5.40 for the transaction as I agreed to pay to return the phone at my expense. Lesson learned.
