The seller used an inaccurate condition when selling this phone and did not include pictures of the bulging battery/screen in the listing. Only after I received it (within 8 hours of receipt) did I see a defect that was not disclosed in the listing. The seller then tried to blame me and said the bulge was never there to begin with. Luckily, Swappa sided with the buyer (me) and I was able to get a full refund (including shipping). The seller was upset about having to do a refund and even more upset about having to refund return shipping, but he did refund both the original cost plus return shipping. Seller expressed emotions via Swappa buyer/seller responses that were not professional.
