Item was in slightly worse condition than described. However, seller had quick communication, answered all questions, and had quick shipment time!

instead of communicating an issue that could have been fixed, she just canceled the sale without giving a chance to check what happened . I'm sure the phone would have been great, but for future customers just give them a heads up before you just cancel it and cause an inconvenience :)

Phone arrived quickly and in great condition.

Everything went smoothly even though the post office misplaced my package.
