The items were all exactly as described. The items were shipped in the time frame required by swapper. One accessary got damaged in transit but the seller quickly refunded a reasonable amount. Things happen during shipping. How the seller responds to trouble is what determines my trust in a seller. The seller gave detailed/accurate product descriptions with lots of pictures. Awesome phone, only issue was that the phone was rooted, seller stated the phone wasn't and now can't upgrade the phone unless I reroot the phone and install the software my self.
