This was a great experience. Phone came as described.

Phone had some small nicks and scratches around metal edge but was advertised as being in mint condition. The phone was still in pretty good condition and worth the selling price. However, in my opinion, it should have been marked as being in good condition rather than mint.

The shipping was a day late because they had to re print the shipping label. Other than that everything went fine

I will start off by saying I have bought and sold multiple devices on Swappa and this transaction was not on par with the others. I purchased this device on April 13th and did not receive my device until April 26th at 6pm. Seller stated this was a problem on FEDEX so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. When the phone final arrived two weeks later it was missing items that where listed on the sale page, such as headphones and SD card. Seller told me he was sorry and would send them out ASAP, only to later send me an email stating "Unfortunately, I arrived home last night and my dog chewed several pillows, and unfortunately chewed on the headphones and SD card I was going to ship today. They are chewed and badly damaged and do not work." The phone itself was as described and that is the only reason I am leaving a 3 star rating which I feel is more than fair as I would not buy from or recommend this seller going forward.
