I'm accepting the device as is but it was NOT in the "Not a scratch anywhere" condition as it was listed. There is a plain as day scratch in the back cover by the flash. Also a bunch of scratches in the bezel by the charge port.
I paid a premium because of the Mint "Not a scratch anywhere" description.
I feel this sale was not as described!
