The item was received promptly and as described physically. We have not yet been able to use the computer because we are waiting for technical help (we are seniors and not very tech-savvy!) Sorry for the delay, but we just cannot comment on total function until we transfer info from our old one. It did turn on and greet us in many languages. Thank you.
