This laptop only works when charger is connected, even after hours of charging ,remove the charger laptop turns off. seller wont respond to my messages its been weeks now,and swsappa advice was to make a claim to paypal. Not happy

the trackpad is not functional! the laptop came with a checklist saying that the trackpad had been checked but it is near impossible to use.

Seller marketed a stolen iPad on the site. I purchased it and realized it was stolen when I could not active with my carrier. I do not know if he was aware that it was reported stolen, or if this was unintentional. I was not able to keep this stolen property, obviously, so I returned the device to him. He was responsive and followed through on the entire refund and return process with me.

Thumbs up on responsiveness and honoring the return. But I have to turn my thumb down because sellers should not offer stolen merchandise (or they should at least test every device before selling). To be fair, common sites that normally track stolen devices did not list this device’s IMEI as stolen... but AT&T’s database did. Thank you to this seller for honoring the return gracefully. Hopefully future transactions will be flawless!

Seller was very helpful, and worked with me to find a resolution when I had a slight issue with a required accessory that wasn't working properly. I'd highly recommend purchasing from them.

Avoid. Seller misrepresented phone. Listed phone as a Google Edition, was actually a Verizon. Seller attempted to have me ship phone back with No Insurance, then Lied about willingness to refund my return shipping cost, after creating this problem to begin with. Had to open a PayPal dispute = Thank You Paypal Buyer Protection. Does not respond to messages from buyer/me nor swappa. You have been warned.

Listing says " average signs of use visible in pictures " but phone had a very noticeable scratch right on the middle of screen amongst many others that could have been easily shown with a picture but weren't.
