Great condition

Phone was usable but had a camera autofocus issue and frame was bent. Neither was immediately detectable so did not notice until sale was complete. Disappointed with this one.

Phone came in perfect condition!! Much better condition than I thought it'd be in.

Phone sold as unlocked but it is not

Took over one day to mail the phone but went great only thing it wasn't unlocked as the post said. Luckily went AT&T page and got it unlocked.

had a bad battery now phone doesn't even turn on.

This phone came in great condition. I did have to work with the carrier to complete the unlock, even though this phone was listed as already unlocked. That went smoothly, and the rest of the phone was as advertised.

Phone was shipped promptly. Two major faults found, though: 1- Upon trying to use phone on my provider's network I found that it was locked to AT&T, I was able to unlock it using AT&T's website. 2- headphone and charge port were very filled with debris so much so that the phone would not charge. I used a tooth pick, vacuum, and rubbing alcohol to finally get it working right.

Other than the above two items, everything looks and functions as expected.

The rest of the phone functions and looks as expected.

Took over 48 hours to get shipped. Was near a holiday so ok. That in and of itself I wouldn't whine about but then I get the phone that's supposed to be unlocked and it isn't so I have to go through doing that. Not the best service.
