Nexus 5X initially shipped without SIM card which was a hassle. Also, the phone charger USB cable wiring was a bit frayed(still worked) which was not mentioned in the listing. However, the seller made every effort to communicate and resolve the situation at every step of the transaction so I would not hesitate to purchase from again.

Phone arrived swiftly and was in like new condition. Refurbished warranty was transfered and set up the phone with Verizon service. Completely satisfied.
