The phone itself was just as discribed but the fact that it was locked to T-Mobile and would be unable to unlock it was a problem. Also the assistance was poor, but a sale is a sale, so busy beware.

Received phone within a week and is in perfect working condition with little to no physical defects. Thrilled with my purchase. :)
