This phone had a faulty battery. It would die at 45% and below and would take very long to charge, no matter the charger being used.

I received a phone with a broken fingerprint sensor and broken charger. The seller gave me the option of receiving a refund or contacting google to exercise the warranty. I chose to contact google and received a refurbished phone. I also received a $25 refund from the seller for my trouble (and to purchase a working charger). A slight hassle for me, but I'm happy with the outcome. I would buy from this seller again.

Shipping was extremely fast (seller shipped w/in hours of completing transaction) and arrived on the 2nd day. Phone is in good condition but the charging adapter included wouldn't charge the phone. Fortunately, we had another which did.

This one is a little complicated. The phone sent had noticeable screen burn in and turned off at around 28% battery. The seller took several days to notice my messages about it, despite being active on other listings, but also apologized for not seeing my messages. After I managed to get photos that adequately showed the screen problem, he offered me $40 of $240 back. I mentioned the battery issue and the cost of replacing the screen, offered to negotiate, but he said it was probably best to just return the phone, though he did offer to sell me a different one. I returned the phone, he had no complaints when I took several days to ship it. Not a great experience, and not the best possible response to having shipped a device without fully advertising its flaws, but fairly reasonable as things go.

Daniel worked with me through an address mixup and mailed the phone promptly. I received the phone as described.

GREAT SELLER! I read ALL of the reviews on this seller before I purchased, as I was concerned that the price was just a little too good. One thing that most of of the reviews had in common was that the device was in BETTER condition than what he states. I was a bit hesitant to buy a phone listed as "good" because other sellers showed devices in "good" condition which had minor nicks or dings (which is reasonable!), but Daniel obviously is FAR more particular in his assessments. So- don't hesitate for one millisecond to purchase a device from him. His prices are fair, his devices are as described(or better!), he responds quickly to your messages, and shipping is FAST.
