Huy, hello. I have questions regarding the Iphone Se 2020 which I purchased from you in August 2020. It's complicated to explain, but basically I finally decided to begin using the phone, very recently. I am encountering problems with Safelink advising me that though I tell them I bought it especially because it was UNLOCKED, they are telling me that i can not use a AT&T sim card in it, and that I must use a Verizon sim card. When I give them the required info, ie. the IMEI # they are telling me that they are unable to activate the phone! I can not abide with being unable to use the phone for my calls! I am on SSI disability, my budget is very limited, and buying the phone was a huge thing, for me, the next best to having a new phone. I need your assistance!
