great, so it was complicated by the fact that the phone needed to be repaired, but it was under manufacturers warranty and I guess this is the second time it was repaired. they told the seller that it had been replaced and I do believe that they told them this because it seems like the phones been replaced now and not repaired. Anyway, great deal , honest decent seller!
