The sale and shipping time went off without a problem -- no complaints. Device was in STELLAR shape. The only hiccup I had was once the item was received, I asked if I could also get a copy of the receipt/proof-of-purchase, since I've heard that Razer asks for it in the event they ever need to service the laptop, and I never heard from the seller again, even after 2 weeks since the sale. Otherwise, everything was great -- would repeat.

Easy purchase. The phone has been received looks match the pictures and working great. Only criticism was that is was shipped UPS ground and took a week to receive.
