Great seller phone as described and fast shipping.

I believe this seller cannot be trusted! We decided on a new price of $340. including the Swappa fee of $15.00. After several hours of waiting for Paulina U to drop the price, she dropped it to $345 not the agreed upon price. $340, maybe that was an oversight... I purchased the phone. On Friday Sept 13 she received the funds. Eight days later, Friday Sept 20 I received the phone. The "Mint" condition phone would not take a charge and would not turn off. It simple ran until it was out of battery. I have no idea what else was bad but I suspect several. I boxed the phone on Sat 21st and she received it back on the 23rd.. During this time (3 days) she offered to refund my money.!! I have given her from Monday Sep 23, at 4:21pm until Wednesday Sep 25th, at 5:00pm to return my money. She does not respond to anything and has not refunded my money.Her lack of responses, the sale of a defective phone and her refusal to refund my money forced me to rate this the lowest possible with Swappa

Prompt Shipping, Great condition and as described, complete with screen protector.

Phone is great, but charger did not work. I tried a charger that I already owned and it worked.

Item was not "mint". Unable to connect to mobile network due to moisture/corrosion of internals.

Package arrived promptly and is accurate to listed description. I wish the seller was a little more communicative, and used some more protection when shipping the product (USPS flat rate box - no protective packaging).
